The total driving distance from Kampala to Lake Bunyonyi via Kabale is approximately 439 kilometers (273 miles). The journey takes about 7-8 hours by road to reach Kabale town from Kampala. From Kabale town, it’s a short 20-30 minute drive to reach Lake Bunyonyi.
