Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Bwindi National Park

Bwindi is one of the most biologically diverse forests in Africa, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to nearly half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas. Trekking through the dense rainforest with experienced guides offers the rare opportunity to observe these gentle giants up close in their natural habitat — a life-changing encounter that supports conservation and local communities.

Beyond gorillas, the park is a haven for birdwatchers, nature lovers, and culture seekers. Engage with the Batwa people, the forest’s original inhabitants, and learn about their traditional forest-based lifestyles, hunting skills, and cultural heritage through immersive village visits.
