Lake Bunyonyi

Lake Bunyonyi is a tranquil highland lake surrounded by terraced hills and dotted with 29 islands, each with its own legend and story. Access
The total driving distance from Kampala to Lake Bunyonyi via Kabale is approximately 439 kilometers (273 miles). The journey takes about 7-8 hours by road to reach Kabale town from Kampala. From Kabale town, it’s a short 20-30 minute drive to reach Lake Bunyonyi.
